ROB STRAIN

Founder & Principal Strategist, Lemon Battery
He/Him

Rob is a former first grade teacher and current coach, designer, and strategist. He founded Lemon Battery to empower changemakers to define and mobilize their best ideas — whether in a school, non-profit, or global corporation. He lives in Oakland with his husband, daughter, and dog and is currently pushing his own learning curve through bread-making.

KAMRYN RICHARDSON

Operations Manager, Lemon Battery
She/Her

Kamryn is an artist, self-taught designer, and Operations Manager at Lemon Battery. She is passionate about working closely with entrepreneurs within the nonprofit and education space to help strategize and execute their unique impact. Kamryn has lived all over the U.S. but now calls Las Vegas her home. She and her partner, Noah, are ardent fans of tea, nature enthusiasts, and Jiu-Jitsu newbies.

ALICE CHEN

Founder, Wayfinding Wisdom
She/Her

Alice is a former elementary school teacher and current coach, facilitator, & learning designer.  She supports changemakers to connect with their inner wisdom and the wisdom of their lineage, to unlearn the socialized expectations that no longer serve, and to embrace the complexity & multiplicity of who they are so that they can realize a more just & connected world. Alice lives in Asheville, NC with her husband, two dogs, and an ever-growing stash of yarn and fabric. A maker at heart, Alice is usually found with a camera or a pair of knitting needles in her hands.

BRITT ERICKSON

Founder, Franklin Street Studio

Britt is an educator first and an entrepreneur second. Whether it’s alongside 6th graders, education leaders or tech executives, Britt designs powerful learning experiences that help people move into greater alignment with their purpose.  She lives in Denver, Colorado with her partner John and her loyal pup Max.

CHRISTINA JENKINS

Founder, Room 402

Christina is a teacher, artist, neighbor and parent. Her work is influenced by the ways artist-educators explore the idea of what school can be and what a classroom is for. Today, she leads field trips for adults and writes curriculum that engages the public. She lives in Sacramento on the same street where she grew up.

LIA IZENBERG

Founder, Lia Izenberg Coaching & Consulting
She/Her

Lia is former nonprofit executive and current coach, consultant and facilitator with over 16 years of education and leadership experience grounded in social justice. Lia partners with leaders and teams at the intersection of heart and strategy to accelerate their impact and do their most meaningful work. She lives in Oakland with her husband and two kids.

MALLIRON HODGE

Founder, MLH Innovation Consulting & Baddies with Business
She/Her

Malliron has worked with various organizations, from large-scale nonprofits to community organizations.  She spends her days fulfilling her passion for early idea coaching and human-centered design through education consulting and sharing stories of Black women entrepreneurs through Baddies with Business.
